Jeff Robertson

Jeff Robertson is a nationally recognized leader in 9-1-1 and public safety technology, with more than 25 years spent modernizing how Americans reach emergency help and how first responders answer the call. His work has centered on the transition to Next Generation 9-1-1, the nationwide effort to upgrade the country's aging 9-1-1 network into a modern, internet-based system capable of carrying voice, text, images, and data to the right responders faster.

Robertson currently serves as President of Allerium, a Comtech company, where he leads engineering, operations, product development, and strategic planning for one of the industry's foremost providers of 9-1-1 and emergency communications technology. Previously, as President and CEO of Intrado Life Safety, he guided the company through significant transformation, migrating legacy 9-1-1 products to next-generation cloud infrastructure and culminating in a $2.4 billion sale in 2023.

His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at RapidSOS, Airbus DS Communications North America, and Intergraph's public safety software division. He served as the founding executive director of the 9-1-1 Industry Alliance and was instrumental in developing the U.S. Patent for Voice Over IP Delivery of 911 calls, foundational technology now widely used across the industry.

Robertson's commitment to public safety extends beyond technology into direct service. He has held numerous law enforcement roles, most recently serving as a reserve deputy for the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, giving him firsthand insight into the needs of the first responders his work supports.

Across more than two decades, Robertson has combined executive leadership with deep, hands-on expertise in the systems that power the nation's 9-1-1 network.
