Jeff Streeter
Jeff Streeter is an accomplished public safety executive with more than four decades of leadership in law enforcement, emergency communications, and organizational management.
Most recently, for the past nine years, he served as the Executive Director of Jeffcom911, a large regional 911 dispatch center providing emergency dispatch services to 30 police, fire, and EMS agencies. He provided strategic leadership for regional emergency communications, technology modernization, and collaborative public safety initiatives that enhanced service to first responders and the communities they serve.
Before joining Jeffcom, Jeff served as Chief of Police for the City of Lone Tree, Colorado, where he guided organizational growth, strengthened community partnerships, and championed innovative policing strategies. He began his distinguished law enforcement career with the Lakewood Police Department in Colorado, serving in a broad range of assignments, including patrol, investigations, SWAT, supervision, and executive leadership. His experience includes homicide and sexual assault investigations, tactical operations, crisis management, organizational leadership, and multi-agency collaboration.
Jeff is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy (Class 241) and has completed extensive executive and command leadership programs, investigative courses, and advanced tactical training. He also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Criminal Justice and Sociology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and professional excellence.
