Coverage Enhancement Workshops are collaborative sessions where public safety agencies and the FirstNet Authority identify where coverage improvements are most needed and why. The insights gathered will shape future tower builds across the country.

One method we use to gather key insights and feedback from public safety is focus groups. This targeted approach helps us understand the nuanced needs and challenges faced by different disciplines of the public safety community. Participants can expect to spend approximately 60-90 minutes in a small group sharing your use of and expected use of technology related to broadband, particularly about your experiences with FirstNet tools and technologies.
