Brett Johnson is a senior public safety advisor for the First Responder Network Authority.
Prior to joining the FirstNet Authority, Brett served for more than 36 years with local, federal, military, and tribal law enforcement agencies, primarily in Oregon. Brett spent more than 23 years with the Medford Police Department in Oregon, where he held various positions in operations, administration, and investigations, before retiring as Deputy Chief. Brett also served as the first Police Chief for the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe in Oregon.
Brett has an MBA from Corban University. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security Executive Leaders Program.
Brett spent eleven years on active military and reserve duty.
