About this event
You are invited to attend our FirstNet User Group Roundtable. Our goal is to support public safety stakeholders and provide a professional development environment for FirstNet and perspective users. During our roundtable, the FirstNet Authority and AT&T will receive input directly from stakeholders regarding sales, devices, customer service, coverage, and other stakeholder needs and issues. This is not a sales event.
AT&T will have a Lead Market Development Manager available to identify new technical solutions and potential site sharing opportunities. Ret. Chief Kim Zagaris will serve as the Western Fire Chiefs Assn. representative. The FirstNet Authority will serve as staff and capture stakeholder data and feedback to support network development and improvements. FirstNet Authority Public Safety Advisory Committee member Ferdinand Milanes will serve as our Chair.
